Description
These real-wood White Oak smoking chips are made from all-natural smoking woods and will add wonderful flavors to your food. They work great on gas, electric or charcoal grills. Granddaddy of all smoking woods, oak is great for most all types of cooking and smoking. Simply soak chips for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain and place the soaked wood chips in the cast iron smoker box. The place the box on the heated pumice rocks or briquettes and under the cooking grates. That's it! As the box heats, the wood chips begin to smoke and impart wonderful flavors to your food. Approx. 2 Lbs. Enjoy!
