The bottom of the GrillGrates blocks most flame and flare-ups from the food while allowing the unwanted fat to be removed via the elliptical fat-draining holes. The good juices sizzle just below the food not in the bottom of your grill. Juices and flavor are seared in. GrillGrates allow you to cook a much wider range of food than ever before on the grill - without foil. Grill vegetables, fish, pizza, fruit, and lean meats such as boneless, skinless chicken and turkey burgers.
