| Larry's Mesquite Smokin' Sticks are a great way to produce accurate southwestern flavor while grilling meats and veggies. It is most often used with beef, chicken, and fish but is also great with steaks and chops. We recommend mostly grilling (as opposed to long term barbecuing) with mesquite because a little goes a long way. Build your entire fire with the sticks or add one occasionally for additional flavor.
