| Larrys Smokin Wood Chips-Disks are a new and great way to introduce a wood smoke flavor. They are called wood chips, but a better name would be "Wood Disks" since they are cut in the shape of round disks. (Some may actually be broken but work all the same.)
They are round disks that are about 1-2 inches in diameter and about 1/8th to 3/8ths inch thick - most are around 1/4 inch thick. The really cool thing about these disks are that they easily slip through the slats in the cooking rack an directly into a smoker box or the fire. You never have to lift the cooking grates to add more smoke flavor!
Hickory produces a strong robust wood flavor which is great with ribs, brisket, and pork. It will also enhance any red meat. We recommend grilling and long term barbecuing with hickory because it is just so great.
Build your entire fire with the sticks or add one occasionally for additional flavor.
