| Our plastic cutting boards are made of super high density white polyethylene plastic. They are Commercial Dishwasher Safe, including the spike temp that exceeds 185°. These are the most dense board you can buy that will not dull your knives…they weigh 6 pounds each! They are also USDA, FDA approved. Each reversible board is a generous 3/4ths inch thick and the edges are beveled to prevent chipping. Most of these type of cutting boards are only 1/2 inch thick.
