The Smokin Tex Jerky Drying System is all stainless steel with a washable filter. The one thing folks love about SmokinTex Smokers is that the product stays moist. But, the one thing Jerky lovers hate about electric smoking ovens is that the jerky stays moist. Now you can have the best of both worlds.

The SmokinTex drying system sits on top of the smoker, over the smoke hole. It has a 12 volt exhaust fan that draws the air from the bottom drip hole up past the wood box and thru the jerky, drying it.
