Our handy burger press makes perfect hamburgers everytime! Patties formed with this mold cook in about half the time of patties formed any other way. The grooves hold juices and seasonings for better taste and hold together exceptionally well for grilling and all means of cooking.
Best of all, the 4 1/2 inch diameter patty still fits a bun after cooking!
The ring / groove design patties freeze faster and stay in top quality condition. The unique characteristics of patties made with this mold are the result of impressing concentric circular grooves into patty surfaces. This action squeezes out air pockets and gives patties many beneficial qualities.
The grooves break the lines of shrinkage (which causes other patties to warp) across the diameter of the patties as they cook, allowing them to lay flat for even heat transfer.
