Each Cajun Grill features the multi-level coal tray with high, medium, and low settings. Simply turn the multi-level control handle to raise and lower the level of the coals for hotter or cooler cooking.

Stainless steel grill are made of 304 stainless steel inside and out. The only parts of the grill that are not stainless are the aluminum air vents and the wheels.
