The Bradley Smoker automatically produces clean, cool smoke for up to 8 hours safely and without supervision. Their unique smokehouse flavor bisquettes are burned for 20 minutes each so that the temperature does not fluctuate and thus eliminates high temperature gasses, acids and resins that can distort food flavor. The Bradley Smoker is ideal for any barbecuing environment. Unlike wood chunks or sawdust, Bradley Flavor Bisquettes are made to exacting standards using controlled pressures and densities. This process ensures that Bradley Bisquettes will not burst into flame and will provide the slow, low temperature burn required for a true cold smoke. Spent bisquettes are extinguished automatically, preventing the formation of high temperature gases and acids which distort the taste of your smoked delicacies.
