The “Back-Yard” Smoker/Grill Combo is every man’s dream. It is large enough to handle a big cookout for family and friends, yet versatile enough to convert to grilling steaks for two. Both the Fire Box and the Smoking Chamber are outfitted with grates for grilling and grates for charcoal. You can grill in the Fire Box while you are cooking in the Smoking Chamber and since the Smoking Chamber is also outfitted as a grill you can convert the Medina River “Back-Yard” Smoker/Grill Combo to a large oversize Grill. This is a true “all in one” Bar-B-Q Smoker and Bar-B-Q Grill.

This “Back-Yard” Smoker/Grill Combo will cook for 10 to 14 people.
The Fire Box is designed to use with either Charcoal Briquettes or Lump Charcoal.
It has a convenient “fold down” handle for easy transportation.
It comes with 2 sturdy 8″ steel wheels for easy rolling.
It has a large preparation tray that runs the length of the smoking chamber.
It comes with a large, sturdy lower shelf for storage.
A large, easy to read Thermometer with a 3″ dial, Ash Rake and Drip Bucket are included in the package.
The Smoking Chamber is outfitted with a grease drain hole and bucket hook.
We have included internal banding on the Ash Door and a baffle that closes 100% to insure positive air control. The tall/oversize exhaust stack features an easy to adjust damper flute. With tight fitting doors, baffling and damper flute the cooking temperature is easy to control and maintain on the Medina River “Back-Yard” Smoker.
The Ash Door is oversized and swings out 180° for easy clean out.
The Smoking Chamber and Fire Box feature “cool to the touch handles”.
