How do you grill kebabs on bamboo skewers without burning the slender handles? That's where this revolutionary new grill shield comes in. Simply place the grill shield on the hot grate and arrange the kebabs on top so that exposed ends of the bamboo skewers are over the shield and the meat part faces the fire. Looks cool and keeps the ends of the skewers cool.

All stainless steel. Wide enough to accommodate all sizes of bamboo skewers, from 6 to 18 inches. Fluted raised edge lifts ends of skewers to keep them cool for easy turning and prevents the skewers from charring.
