Directions: Place the container on the heat distributed from your grill (i.e. lava rocks, charcoal, etc.). The smoking action will commence when the grill heats the wood chips in the container. Smoking will continue for 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, the meat will be absorbing the natural smoking flavor and aroma of traditionally smoked meats!
