What a rare treat! These hard to find Black Cherry Wood Chips are made from all-natural smoking woods and will add a wild and wonderful flavor to your food. The Black Cherry Wood Chips are becoming one of our most popular woods! Simply soak chips for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain and place the soaked wood chips in the cast iron smoker box - or even aluminum foil. The place the box on the heated pumice rocks or briquettes and under the cooking grates. That's it! As the box heats, the wood chips begin to smoke and impart wonderful flavors to your food. Enjoy!
