The Bradley Smoker is ideal for any barbecuing environment. Unlike wood chunks or sawdust, Bradley Flavor Bisquettes are made to exacting standards using controlled pressures and densities. This process ensures that Bradley Bisquettes will not burst into flame and will provide the slow, low temperature burn required for a true cold smoke.
