Ed Roith of Happy "Holla" Bar-B-Q has been involved in competition barbecue for the past nine years. He has won over 300 awards, including six state championships and has twice won the "Kansas City Barbeque Society Team of the Year" award. As a certified Barbecue judge, he is very active in the Kansas City Barbeque Society helping to promote barbecue wherever he travels.

This VHS video is designed to help the backyard chef become more proficient at his or her skills and a start towards competition cooking, if that is what is desired.
