Simply inject liquid seasonings into the meat and flavors the inside of the meat as you would the outside. Fill the injector by inserting the needle into blended liquid seasoning mix and gradually pull up on the plunger or filling it from the top. Insert the steel needle into the meat and press on the plunger while removing the needles from the meat. Pull the needle out slightly, and reinserting it in a different direction will allow placement of seasoning in different parts of the meat. This injector is designed for blended liquid seasoning on turkey, chicken, brisket, roast, ham, etc. These injectors will stand up the toughest duty. They won't crack or break under normal conditions and will hold up some serious abuse. These injectors are dishwasher safe and easy to manage. You can inject marinades, natural juices and basting mixtures. | |||
