| The Ribster - The Fastest way to Better Barbecued Ribs The RIBSTER's patented rib rack makes use of the natural curve of the ribs to ensure faster and more thorough cooking of pork spare ribs. Its unique design allows for its use on all popular gas and charcoal grills. Simply preheated the grill and the RIBSTER for five minutes at medium heat. Next, place your seasoned rack of pork ribs on the RIBSTER curved side down. The raised rack also increases the distance from the fire and therefore allows for more even cooking. After about 5-7 minutes turn your ribs over. You'll notice juices coming out by the ends of the bones. This is part of the RIBSTER's unique way of cooking the ribs through the bone. After another 5-7 minutes, flip your ribs again. You may also want to rotate them end to end, depending on how evenly your grill cooks.
After a little more then 30 minutes our ribs were done. While cooking times may vary depending on thickness and size of ribs, you should experience similar cooking times.
