Shipping Information

We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS). It serves all locations except Alaska, Hawaii and overseas and offers reasonable pricing to you, our customers. We also use US Priority Mail for those areas not serviced by UPS. Priority service is 2 to 3 days from from the date we drop it off. We normally ship orders most every day if the order is complete. Some of the things which hold us up are: ... waiting on checks to be mailed to us, incomplete orders or not receiving correct credit card information.

If you need special arrangements, please insert it into the comments section and we will do our best to meet that need. We can also use FedEx where specifically requested - please call for pricing.

Oh yea, and occasionally we are out of a particular item. It is usually for only a week to 10 days, but it does happen as we receive lots of orders and the manufacturer sometimes cannot fill our orders as promptly as we need them. We usually have 85% to 100% of our products available at any given time.
