The EZ Cookers are buttressed by a hardwood frame and catch basin and use a standard 16.4-ounce propane cylinder. The gas container attaches to an adjustable high-pressure burner and, after lighting, heats up very, very quickly. This grill is perfect for all types of food -- chicken, steaks, burgers, hot dogs, fish, vegetables, pancakes, bacon, sausage or eggs. Nothing falls through into the fire!
The grill comes with a scraper and any residue can be scraped and then wiped off. The catch basin can be drained or wiped down within seconds.
