Cancun Rub into each pound of steak (flank, T-bone, New York strip, etc.) Let sit one hour for flavors to mingle, then grill or broil.CARRIBE RUB - This blend copies the spicy and fruity flavor of the Islands using lime and coconut as well as spices of the region. Rub Carribe - Add 1 tsp. lime juice (or lemon juice) to 2 tsp. Carribe Rub. Rub onto one pound chicken or fish. Let sit one hour for flavors to mingle.
