The 5' version of this award winning design is engineered to be operated by a single chef. All the hassles of the antiquated spit rod have been eliminated – no tying, wiring, spearing or counter-weighting. Load, cook and unload large animals, turkeys, hams (all cooked simultaneously) without removing the 304 grade stainless steel cradle from its base. Comes with heavy gauge steel fire box; 5 position adjustment on either end to move food closer/further from the fire, removable legs and 5" casters; side heat control panels for regulating temperature and cooking time; heavy duty commercial 110 UL approved 2 RPM direct drive motor; and patented lock arm system. Manufacturer's limited life-time warranty ensures that these units were built to provide decades of faithful use.
