Privacy: The Barbecue Store respects your privacy.  All information collected is used in connection with your order. The information collected will not be sold, rented, or traded to any other companies or parties. We use cookies only for control of your order and all cookies expire in 24 hours.

Security: The Barbecue Store uses a secure shopping server for all transactions. Credit card and other information is held securely through an encryption process that prevents others from gaining access to your private information.

Sales Tax:   The Barbecue Store is required to collect 7.25% sales tax for any goods purchased or delivered in the state of Texas.

Shipping:  The Barbecue Store, at its option, uses UPS, FedEx and other shippers to deliver your order within the contiguous 48 states.  Most orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground and occasionally will arrive in separate shipments. We try to ship complete orders and, as such, you may receive some items with the balance being back ordered.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. All orders should be received within 3 to 10 days depending upon availablity, location and shipping companies. If you provide your email address and the order is being ship via FedEx Ground, you will be advised by email when your order has been processed and be furnished with a tracking number.

Sorry, but we do deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. Please allow a few extra days for any non-FedEx Ground deliveries. A FedEx street address is prefered for fastest deliveries.

Out of Stock Items: Occasionally we will be out of stock of one or more items. We try to note out of stock items on our website. Should you have any questions, please call us at 888/ 789-0650. Ask for sales.

Returns: Merchandise purchased from The Barbecue Store may be returned within 30 days from your order date.  You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from The Barbecue Store by calling us at 888/ 789-0650. Please include your reason for the return. The merchandise must be in the original packaging with written information/documentation, unused, and in new or re-sellable condition.

Using Gift Certificates: We wish our shopping cart was more "Gift Certificate" friendly. If you have received a gift certificate from The Barbecue Store, the first step would be to place your order on-line selecting the items you want. After selecting the items, click on the Check Out Now button on the Shopping Cart Page. If you are simply paying with the gift certificate, please select the third (3rd) check mark which says Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail and in the checkout process in the comment section tell us the gift certificate number you are using.

If the order is for more than the certificate, please follow these guidelines:

1. If you would like to pay the balance via a credit card, please select check the first (1st) check box mark which says Order by Credit Card Online and provide us with the gift certificate information in the Comment Section and the credit card information in the appropriate spaces.

2. If you would like to pay the balance via PayPal, please select check the second (2nd) check box mark which says Order by PayPal Online and provide us with the gift certificate information in the Comment Section and the PayPal information in the appropriate spaces.

3. If you would like to pay the balance via a check, please select the third (3rd) check mark which says Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail and in the checkout process in the comment section tell us the gift certificate number you are using. You can then also provide us with the check information so we can be on the lookout for it.
