The Bradley Smoker is a Stainless Steel 110-volt electric smoker for those low-temperature cooking environments. It is perfect for west coast seafood delicacies as well as traditional barbecue meals such as beef brisket, pork shoulders or ribs. It is great for chicken, seafood, sausage, or anything not needing direct high temperatures. Depending on the outdoor ambient temperature, it can be used continuous barbecuing, hot or cold smoking. While smokers must be tended constantly, the Bradley Smoker automatically produces clean, cool smoke for up to 8 hours safely and without supervision. The Bradley Smoker makes clean tasting food, without any aftertaste.
The smoker will handle approx. 25-30lbs. of product. By removing the top racks you can smoke the larger pieces. The Bradley will hold easily hold a 16lb. turkey.
