This heavy duty stainless steel charcoal chimney makes starting your fires quick and easy as well as allowing you to avoid messy lighter fluid and awkward electrical charcoal starters. Simply place the can on the fire grate, crumple several newspapers and place them on the bottom. Then add up to 5 pounds of charcoal. That's it! In about 15 minutes you can pour the charcoal out onto the fire grate and you are ready to go! Much faster than allowing 45 minutes for the lighter fluid to burn up. Add more charcoal when necessary. Comes with a heavy duty handle and heat shield to protect your hand.
Size: Overall, it is 10 7/8th inches high, and 6 5/8ths in diameter. The charcoal bin is 7 1/2 inches tall and the same 6 5/8th inches wide. The handle is a 5 1/2 inch redwood handle which is about 3 1/2 inches from the charcoal bin and also protected with a stainless steel heat deflector.
