Included in the Medina River “Weekender Tailgater” package are two stands. You can use the “Weekender Tailgater” Grill with either the patio stand or receiver hitch stand. The Patio Stand is portable and perfect to use at home in the back yard or at your favorite camping site or picnic spot. The Receiver Hitch Stand fits all receiver hitches so you can easily attach your “Weekender Tailgater” to your Pick-up Truck for the big game Bar-B-Q Tailgater Party.
The “Weekender Tailgater “ has two folding handles, one on each side, for lifting the grill and easy placement in setting the grill on the patio stand or receiver hitch stand. A large preparation tray runs the length of the grill. A large Ash Door for easy cleanout. Included in the ash door is a tight air baffle to help you control the heat by limiting the amount of air getting to the charcoal. The tall/oversize exhaust stack has a damper flute. An Ash Rake is included with the “Weekender Tailgater”.
The “Weekender Tailgater” features heavy duty cooking grates on sliding bars that fill 96% of the cooking area inside the grill. The sliding bars provide stability and easy access to the grills for removal and cleaning. It comes with side to side and end to end charcoal grates to protect the bottom of the grill from burn out.
