The NU-751 Simple Wireless BBQ Thermometer is the companion sending unit for the NU-701. This extra sending unit likewise is the finest in high tech outdoor cooking allowing for complete control of your outdoor cooking. This second unit is great for measuring the temperature of other meats on the pit or the pit temperature itself. This breakthrough offers the ultimate in cooking convenience. Simply place the temperature probe in the meat and the transmitter outside of the pit. The transmitter then send the meat's temperature up to 75 feet away to the remote 701's display. Relax in your easy chair in front of the ball game and know exactly how your meal is coming along! Who would have believed? This remote sensor updates the base whenever the temperature has changed. An alarm may be selected to alert when the meat is done.
