The Original Grilling Stone is specially designed to cook perfect pizzas every time in your barbecue pit. Simply place the pizza stone in the pit and allow it to heat to cooking temperature. Next, place your pizza on the stone and cook until finished. It works just like a real pizza oven. One side is smooth and the other is ribbed to allow air under your pizza. The stone is not designed for grilling over direct heat as it will expand unevenly and possibly break. Get those great oven pizzas right at home!
