Our plastic cutting boards are made of super high density white polyethylene plastic. They are Commercial Dishwasher Safe, including the spike temp that exceeds 185°. These are the most dense board you can buy that will not dull your knives…they weigh 11 pounds each! They are also USDA, FDA approved.
Each reversible board is a generous 3/4ths inch thick and the edges are beveled to prevent chipping. Most other plastic type of cutting boards are only 1/2 inch thick. If you've ever seen cutting boards out on the championship barbecue circuit, then you've seen these. They are very heavy duty and will last you for many, many years.
