Inspired by the Pacific Northwest Indians, grilling on a cedar plank is one of the best ways around to cook seafood. The moist planks impart a haunting cedar flavor and prevents fish from sticking to the grill grate or breaking when you turn it. It has a great presentation also! Comes with a tube of Steven Raichlen's Mediterranean herb rub. NOTE: Once edges are too burnt for grilling, break the planks into pieces, soak well, and toss onto the coals for smoking.
