The Hathorn Rib Rack is designed exclusively to be used with the Hathorn Grill. The rib rack includes a stand (all one piece) which lifts the ribs off the surface to allow for more cooking area. Simply place the rib rack on the left side of the grill (away from the fire box which resides on the right 1/3rd of the grill) and get after it. There is plenty of room below the rib rack for your regular meats. Use the rib rack for ribs, chicken, sausage, bread, beans or anytime you need additional cooking space.
