The Bradley Smoker uses 4 racks for cooking. These are extra racks to be used for cooking on the smoker. The smoker is great for chicken, seafood, sausage, or anything not needing direct high temperatures. Depending on the outdoor ambient temperature, it can be used continuous barbecuing, hot or cold smoking. In this manner the Bradley Smoker is ideal for any cooking environment.
